Our Educational Framework

We synergize traditional Montessori with the latest evidence-based research education methodologies to enhance the life skills of today’s modern child. We add what Montessori (working a century ago) never set out to do: give children explicit tools for understanding why they think, feel, and react the way they do.

Each tradition answers a different question a child eventually asks

Montessori

How do I learn to do things myself?

Lefkoe

Why do I believe what I believe about myself?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) / Robbins

How do I manage my state & communicate my needs?

Dweck

What do I tell myself when something is hard?

Four Pillars

MontessoriThe Container

A prepared environment (self-paced work, no comparison, no rushing) that already removes many of the conditions that create limiting beliefs and gives children real say over their own state.

Lefkoe InstituteBelief Work

Most limiting beliefs (“I’m not smart”) aren’t installed by one event. They’re conclusions drawn from small moments, then treated as fact for life, usually formed between ages 3–10. We teach children to trace a belief back and see it as a story, not a truth, catching beliefs Montessori’s environment doesn’t undo on its own.

NLP / Tony RobbinsState Management

A child’s state, not raw ability, usually determines performance in the moment. Children learn to notice a shift from “resourceful” to “stuck” and use breath, posture, or a re-framing question to move themselves out of it: a self-regulation skill, not a compliance one.

Carol DweckGrowth Mindset

Children who believe ability is fixed avoid challenge; children who believe it grows through effort persist. Adult language, especially praise, shapes which mindset forms. Montessori guides already avoid praise and grading; Dweck’s research gives the specific process-language that reinforces it (“you worked through that a few ways,” not “you’re so smart”).

How it works as one loop

Montessori built the container, a prepared environment where a child’s drive to learn is respected, not managed. Dweck tells a child effort matters more than fixed ability. Lefkoe removes the belief that would override that message. NLP/Robbins gives the child a state they can actually access in the hard moment.

Together: catch the thought, recognize it as a belief rather than a fact, shift state, and re-engage with the work.

How this looks, by age

CASAAges 3–6
Montessori
Real, practical work (pouring, buttoning). Independence builds confidence.
Lefkoe
We gently interrupt “I can’t” before it hardens into an identity.
NLP / Robbins
Calm-down tools (breath, stretch, a favorite spot) replace timeouts.
Dweck
We say “you kept trying,” not “you’re so smart.”
We teach trying hard matters more than natural talent and give real tools to self-calm.
LEAges 6–9
Montessori
Mixed-age classroom: your child is sometimes the expert, sometimes the learner.
Lefkoe
We help kids test whether “I’m not a math kid” is actually true.
NLP / Robbins
Your child notices frustration building before it becomes a meltdown.
Dweck
We teach the difference between “I can’t” and “I can’t – yet.”
Your child is writing the story of who they are as a student. We help make sure it’s in pencil, not pen.
UEAges 9–12
Montessori
Self-directed, long-form project work, the ownership high school rarely asks.
Lefkoe
Kids learn to ask, directly: “Where did I get that belief, and is it true?”
NLP / Robbins
Real mechanics for managing state under pressure, before a test or hard talk.
Dweck
We teach the research itself, so kids can explain it to a friend.
We hand your child the actual frameworks for managing belief, state, and mindset years before their peers.

What our families say

“I have found my people at this school… Our child thrives here and really enjoys the Montessori principles alongside the mindset and mindfulness work. I am seeing the transformation and am amazed.”CASA parent
“We are giving our child the advantage most people spend a career catching up on… We see it in action every day, and know that the earlier the foundation is built, the higher our child’s ceiling will be.”Elementary parent
